Course Duration

30 Classes | 90+ Hours

Class Timings

Classes will generally be held:

  • 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on some days

  • 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on some days, with a 1-hour lunch break

  • Classes will usually not be held on Sundays; however, some Sunday classes may be scheduled if required

On certain days, class/practice timings may be preponed or extended. The last day will be for portfolio shoot/exam/certification.

The exact class schedule will be shared before the batch starts. Students are advised to keep the full 4-week period free from the course commencement date.

Course Fee

INR 40,000/- including taxes

The fee includes the makeup course fee and a complimentary goody bag.

Payment Procedure

  • Advance Payment: ₹20,000/- at the time of enrollment

  • Remaining Payment: ₹20,000/- to be paid one weeks before the commencement of classes

Payment can be made through online transfer or cash.

1. Introduction, Product and Tool Knowledge

Students will be introduced to professional makeup products, tools, brushes, accessories and their correct usage.

Face Makeup

  • Face shapes

  • Undertone understanding

  • Skin types

  • Skin preparation and priming

  • Color correction

  • Concealing skin flaws such as spots, pigmentation and dark circles

  • Base/foundation types and application

  • Contouring and highlighting

Eye Makeup

  • Eye-base preparation

  • Basics of eye makeup

  • Eye shapes

  • Different types of eye makeup

  • False eyelash application

  • Eyeliner application

  • Eyebrow correction

Other Makeup Techniques

  • Blush application

Certificate

A Makeup Course Completion Certificate will be provided after successful completion of the course.

The course will include different tests and evaluations. Students must clear these assessments to receive the certificate of completion.

Important Notes

  • Practice consumable materials will be provided during the course.

  • Students must arrange their own accommodation, food and transportation.

  • For practice sessions and portfolio day, students must arrange their own models, costumes and jewellery.

  • Video/audio recording, reselling or redistribution of classes and written materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Use of mobile phones or recording devices is strictly prohibited during class hours.

  • Some classes may be held on Sundays if required.

  • On some days, classes may end late depending on practice requirements.

Important Terms and ConditionsGoverning Courses at Kuhu Makeup Academy

  1. The course fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable against any other service, either in part or in full.

  2. All makeup products required for practice during the classes will be provided by the studio.

  3. Use of mobile phones, recording devices, cameras or any other recording equipment is strictly prohibited during class hours.

  4. Video/audio recording, reselling, sharing or redistribution of classes, course content, written materials or demonstrations is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken against anyone found carrying out, supporting or encouraging such activities.

  5. At the time of enrollment, the student must pay an advance amount of ₹20,000/-. The remaining amount of ₹20,000/- must be paid through online transfer or cash one weeks before the commencement of the class. If the remaining fee is not paid within the specified time, the advance amount already paid will be forfeited.

  6. In case the student discontinues the course due to any reason after enrollment, no refund shall be entertained.

  7. Students are required to arrange their own accommodation, food and transportation.

  8. For practice sessions and portfolio/exam day, students must arrange their own models, costumes and jewellery.

  9. Students must follow the class schedule, discipline and instructions provided by the academy. Some classes may be extended, preponed or conducted on Sundays depending on training and practice requirements.

  10. The course completion certificate will be provided only after successful completion of the course and clearance of required tests/evaluations.
